(So, I love fantasy stories and games. If you know anything about me, then you would know that simple fact. I love a good story with a strong medieval setting. It smacks me with some surreal nostalgia that sends me to a better place. Here, I want to try and create something new, something borrowed, and something interesting altogether. I might be taking ideas from places I have experienced prior, but I do wish to make this my own story. The pace at which I write this story may vary at times, but who is actually reading this anyways?)
First of all, I need to create a great main character. I want this to be a very large and expansive story. I want the main character to be on some sort of journey or mission. I want him to meet and befriend many characters in his adventures. I am not going to make the main character some sort of hero, or chosen one. That story is old and cliche. Instead, I want my MC to be an average youth who is very charismatic. It will be his personality that draws people close to him and nothing more. Honestly, you could say that is something I believe closely resembles my life. People, for whatever reason, seem to enjoy my company.
